THE CHALLENGE
ProDriverHR was asked to help a global technology systems integrator to train highly qualified personnel in safe driving to and from home and while on their way to and from client locations. Any lost time incident was extremely painful and costly to the company because of lost resource time which meant a robust behavior improvement program was needed. After assessing company processes it was determined that opportunities to improve risk identification and management was the key to improving outcomes while their drivers were on the road.
THE SOLUTION
ProDriverHR recommended a strategy where all drivers, new and experienced were taken through interactive risk identification training that challenged their abilities and scored their risk. All driving employees took the professional on line training and key performance indicators and lost time incidents decreased both on company and personal time. Keeping key employees working more and the solving for the company’s problem.
